  • Transaction Data: Records of your car wash purchases, wallet reloads, and loyalty point (Suds) activity.

  • Diagnostic Data: Crash logs, performance data, and error reports to help us identify and fix technical issues.

  • Send you transactional notifications, such as purchase confirmations and wash redemption alerts.

  • Sentry (Privacy Policy): Provides crash reporting and error tracking to help us fix bugs. Sentry may collect device information, app state, and diagnostic data.
  • Expo (Privacy Policy): Delivers push notifications to your device. Expo may collect device tokens and notification delivery data.
  • Quo/OpenPhone: Sends SMS verification codes during account registration. Quo receives your phone number to deliver the verification message.

Sharing Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances:

  • Service Providers: With third-party vendors who perform services on our behalf, such as payment processing (Stripe), cloud hosting (Google), error monitoring (Sentry), and SMS verification services.

  • Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our assets.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

  • Transaction History: Retained for seven (7) years for tax and legal compliance purposes.

  • Payment data handled exclusively by PCI-compliant processors (Stripe).
